ELTE® is located in Montecchio Maggiore in the region of Vicenza, Italy and has more than thirty (30) years of experience in the field of electric motors for high speed machining. The quality and precision of the ELTE® motors is known worldwide. The success of their product comes from being designed and built for different applications such as routing, drilling, edgebanding, engraving,joining, and squaring on woodworking machinery and for numerous applications in aluminium and plastics. Since the beginning of their activity in this field of high-speed motors, their main goal was to change traditional automated systems for wood and light alloys to a new generation of electric motor. They have been continuously carrying out technical improvements to obtain longer life and products suitable for a wide range of machine tools. Their main purpose is directed to research and development of all the motor’s capacities to obtain higher power with a reduction in dimensional size. In order to reach a higher standard quality level, ELTE® studied a new range of motors operating with greater efficiency. Their analysis concentrated on the electrical windings combined with a new stamping lamination. This new lamination design manufactured from new types of materials was basically the key which allowed ELTE® to meet its goal of drawing customers’ attention to the new line of motors.

ELTE®’s products have always been appreciated for value, quality, reliability, and design. Their complete line of motors is sold worldwide and equally divided between the European and foreign markets. Recently their products have drawn wide acceptance in the Asian, North and South American markets. Their motors are designed and built for OEM companies producing machinery for woodworking, plastic, light alloys (Aluminium, Gold, Silver), and glass industries. Their major success is in manufacturing motors to client special specifications and keeping their product exclusively available only to them. ELTE® is currently developing a new “family” of automatic tool changing spindles (ATC) with both ISO and HSK systems. These spindles are used for various applications and give customers the choice of compressed air, fan, or liquid cooling. ELTE®’s main philosophy is to constantly monitor the quality of their spindles and motors. Their research and development (R & D) departments are comprised of highly skilled technicians who are continually improving the quality at every level of all of ELTE®’s products. Specific tests are carried out though all phases of production to ensure the quality of their spindles and motors. These tests include proper tolerance, vibration, and balance. This is one of the main reasons why ELTE® has reached the quality system certificate in accordance with: ISO 9001 - UNI EN ISO 9001 - Ed. 2008.
